Boney Mountain House Concerts were initiated in October 2008. Starting in March 2010, there will be four concerts per year, one in spring, two in summer and one in the fall. The concerts are held at the Brandick residence in Newbury Park, California which is located in excellent proximity to major media centers, about 50 miles north of Los Angeles and 25 miles south of Ventura.

Concerts take place in a great room equipped for excellent sound with a capacity is about 55 people. The stage area holds up to three musicians. The suggested donation is $15 per person with the money collected going directly to the invited artists minus the cost of chair rental (about $50).

The host is a songwriter who plays a short set, 15-20 minutes, to open the show, but he is not paid. Artists can arrange for the free over night stays for up to two nights.
